The Association of Energy Economists is a partner of the French Association of Transport Economics (AFET).

AFET will organize its 2nd in 2024 ^Soul annual conference in the premises of the Paris School of Economics, over two days between November 18 and 22, 2024 (the precise dates will be communicated no later than September 2024).

The objective of the conference is to promote scientific work in the field of transport economics and to provide a forum for exchanges with the socio-economic world.

Contributions to the conference can cover all areas of transport economics with both theoretical and empirical approaches, addressing all modes and types of transport, and can be the interface of other disciplinary fields.

The final program will include at least one invited reading, around ten formal presentations followed by extensive discussion times, a round table allowing a meeting with stakeholders from the world of transport and a poster session for the authors to feel their work more convivial.

Proposals for contributions, in the form of a working document, even in a preliminary version, should be sent by email to  afetconf@afet-asso.fr .

A scientific committee will be responsible for choosing among the contributions submitted and establishing the program of presentations and posters.

To cover the costs of lunches and coffee breaks, all participants (except masters and doctoral students) must register and pay a registration fee of 100 euros for AFET members (up to date with their contribution) and 160 euros for non-members.
