The F-AEE student section is pleased to announce the 2025 student seminar it organizes. It is an integral part of the annual F-AEE 2025 conference. It will be held at Grenoble (France) at the University Grenoble Alpes. The conference will be hybridized. Registration is free but compulsory.

selection process

Participating students will present their work. Each paper will be discussed by an academic expert and another participating student. The seminar will be conducted in English, including abstracts, papers and presentations.

Two awards will be awarded to the works of the most remarkable students (1000€ & 500€). The winners will also be invited to the annual F-AEE dinner. To qualify for a prize, students must be members of the F-AEE (Join us now if you don't!).

Programming

Each presentation (30 minutes) will be followed by a review of a junior researcher (10 minutes) and a senior researcher (10 minutes) before 10 minutes of questions.

Deadlines

17 september 2025:

Abstract submission (<250 words) to faee.student@gmail.com.

22 september 2025:

Notification of acceptance.

22 October 2025:

Submission of the complete article (20-30 pages double-spaced) to faee.student@gmail.com.

4 November 2025:

Registration deadline for persons wishing to attend the seminar without presenting an article. Participation is free, but registration on our website is mandatory. If you do not have an account, please create a free account Here.
