The strategic challenges of energy in 2024

The AEE annual conference was held on November 25, 2024 in person at the Paris School of Economics .

After half a day of academic presentations, Dominique Jamme , Director General of the Energy Regulatory Commission, opened the conference by suggesting areas of reflection for economists. Laurent Kueny , Director of Energy, concluded the conference by outlining the alignment of economic work with the government's objectives and in particular the strengthening of consideration of the social acceptability of the work of economists. HAS  Christophe Bonnery  thanked the speakers for expressing their expectations of economists in a way that would guide the research efforts of energy econ,, omists.
