energy 2025: facing uncertainty

The AEE's annual conference was held on 9 December 2025 in a presentation mode at theEcole d'Economie de Paris.

After half a day of academic presentations, Dominique Jamme, Director General of the Commission for Energy Regulation, opened the conference by suggesting lines of reflection to economists. Laurent Kueny, Director of Energy, concluded the symposium by outlining the alignment of economic work with the objectives of the government and in particular the strengthening of the consideration of the social acceptability of the work of economists.Christophe Bonnery thanked the speakers for expressing their expectations of economists in order to guide the research efforts of energy economists.
