Reindustrialization, environment, governance, where is energy Europe going?

The AEE annual conference was held on November 21, 2023 in person at the Paris School of Economics .

Emmanuelle Wargon , President of the Energy Regulatory Commission, opened the conference by suggesting areas of reflection for economists. Nicolas Clausset , Deputy Director General of Energy, concluded the conference by outlining the alignment of economic work with the government's objectives and in particular the strengthening of consideration of social acceptability of the work of economists. Christophe Bonnery thanked the speakers for expressing their expectations of economists in a way that would guide the research efforts of energy economists.
